In a ceremony with friendly atmosphere Mr. Victor Mihalic, CEO of EBC*L International, and Dr. Mohamed-Ali Ibrahim, CEO of IQ+C Vienna signed the Representation Contract of Egypt. IQ+C Vienna is entitled to manage and implement the EBC*L System within the whole Arabic area.

About EBC*L International

The European Business Competence* Licence, EBC*L, is a Europe-wide established business qualification certificate attesting the holder the core competence needed to

·      be able to run a department, or a division  in a big organization and make effective managerial decisions

·      control and manage the financial aspects of a project

The EBC*L certificate demonstrates business management expertise on an internationally recognized level. The EBC*L is currently established in 32 countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia, Ukraine, Kenya, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Malta, Egypt,........) and is available in 18 languages.

Due to its high degree of transparency the European Business Competence* Licence is accredited by international economy. A huge number of well- known companies (including Siemens, T-Mobile, Xerox, Bayer, Uniqua, Samsung) have successfully integrated EBC*L into their in-house staff development programs.

The EBC*L is established in several projects financed by the European Union.
